Low Net and Low Gross Tournaments
The club’s two biggest tournaments are the LOW NET, held in May and the LOW GROSS, held in October.
Eligibility:

• Permanent handicap & member for 6 month.
• Must play 2 out of the 3 rounds
• Must play 3 games 2 months prior to the tournament
• Must be a member for 4 or more months

Eclectic Tournament

The ECC tournament is a compilation of scores during the period of 4/7 to 10/27 to determine your “best round”.

The strokes for each hole are recorded each week you play and your best score for each hole will be used to calculate your “best round”.  Your handicap will be used to calculate your “low net” score for your “best round”.  Only 75% of your handicap will be used in the calculation.

Pro Points Tournaments
Pro Point Games are generally played on the first Saturday of each month.  Pro Points begins 4/9 and ends 10/8. Pro Points are calculated “over the field” not by flight.  The person with the lowest net score each month receives 5 points, 2nd lowest 4 points, 3rd lowest 3 points, 4th lowest 2 points and 5th lowest 1 point. If there is more than one player with the same score, the points are combined and divided up among those players.

The same formula applies to Pro Putts.  When Pro Points ends, the points are added up for each player.  She who gets the most points wins.

Sand
Each player plays their own ball.  If a player goes into the sand trap, they are “out” of the tournament, but they complete their round and post their score.

Trees
Each player plays their own ball.  If a player hits a tree, they are “out” of the tournament, but they complete their round and post their score.

Memorial Tournament
A low net tournament dedicated to the memory of past members.

Putts
Each player plays their own ball and each player keeps track of putts per hole.  The players with the lowest number of putts wins points.

Most Improved Golfer
Eligibility:                                 Permanent handicap of 18 or lower

Sand Trap Fund
The Sand Trap Fund is optional.  Players ante 25 cents for every sand trap they go into each week.  The fund grows throughout the season and is awarded by raffle at the End of Year Party.
